Founded in April 2022 by co-owners Jeremy Gray and Jack Harrell, Air Force One is more than just a heating and cooling company. It’s the product of a shared vision between two industry experts who wanted to create a business rooted in quality, teamwork, and respect for the customer.
Meet the Owners
Jeremy Gray, originally from Ellicott City, Maryland, and Jack Harrell, a Norfolk native, first crossed paths while working at a well-known Richmond HVAC company. Though they often worked separately, they quickly recognized each other’s craftsmanship, work ethic, and drive to be the best. Over time, their professional respect grew into a friendship, forged through late-night conversations and even a few games of pool.
With a combined 30+ years of experience in HVAC, Jeremy and Jack decided it was time to do things their way. Air Force One was born out of their passion for quality service and their belief in building a company where both employees and customers feel valued.
